These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern all use of the 66ph Casino platform and services. By registering an account or accessing any 66ph service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

By accessing or using the 66ph Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or claiming promotions — you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by its terms.
If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the 66ph Platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the 66ph Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law governing games of chance. 66ph reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time, and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.
3.2 Residency Requirement. The 66ph Platform is operated under a PAGCOR license valid for the Philippine territory. Members must be physically present in the Philippines when accessing and using 66ph services. Use of virtual private networks (VPNs) or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.
3.3 Account Registration. To open an account with 66ph, you must:
3.4 One Account Policy. Each individual person may maintain only one (1) active account on the 66ph Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 66ph reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close such accounts and to void any associated winnings or bonus credits.
3.5 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided during and after registration is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including but not limited to a false date of birth, a name that does not match your government-issued ID, or a mobile number not registered in your name — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
4.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 66ph account credentials. 66ph will never ask for your password via live chat, SMS, email, or any other communication channel. Any person or platform claiming to be 66ph and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
4.2 Account Activity. All activity conducted through your 66ph account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been carried out by you personally. You assume full responsibility for all actions taken through your account, whether authorised by you or not, except where 66ph has acted fraudulently or negligently.
4.3 Suspected Unauthorised Access. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 66ph customer support immediately via live chat. 66ph will investigate the report and may temporarily suspend your account pending the outcome of that investigation. 66ph is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Member failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
4.4 Non-Transferability. Your 66ph account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise made available to any third party. Account sharing — including allowing family members or friends to play on your account — is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the 66ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in a foreign currency will be converted at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction; 66ph does not guarantee any particular exchange rate and accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 66ph currently accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Payment method availability may change from time to time; the current list of accepted methods is displayed at checkout. 66ph reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100.00. 66ph does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
5.4 Deposit Verification. 66ph reserves the right to request verification of any deposit method before crediting funds. Where a deposit cannot be verified as originating from a payment account registered in the Member's own name, 66ph may decline to credit the funds and return them to the source account.
5.5 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited to your 66ph account are your own legitimately earned or obtained funds, free from any claims by third parties. Deposits made from funds obtained through illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud or money laundering, will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. To request a withdrawal from your 66ph account, you must have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play, but withdrawal functionality is locked until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
6.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier and payment method:
Processing times are measured from the point of withdrawal approval. 66ph is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's payment provider once funds have been released from the 66ph system.
6.4 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. This requirement is a financial compliance measure and cannot be waived except at 66ph's express written discretion.
6.5 Bonus Fund Restrictions. Bonus credits and funds derived from bonus play may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance.
7.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers from 66ph are available to eligible registered Members. Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria, which may include minimum deposit amounts, VIP tier requirements, specific game restrictions, and geographic limitations.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to a 66ph account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering is valid only on eligible games as specified in the promotion.
7.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds not used within the specified validity period — typically seven (7) calendar days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated — will expire and be removed from the Member's balance without notice.
7.4 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each Member is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only, regardless of the number of accounts they may hold (refer to Section 3.4). Claiming the same promotion multiple times through any means constitutes bonus abuse.
7.5 Discretion to Modify. 66ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, including where fraud or abuse is suspected. Modifications to active promotions apply only prospectively and do not retroactively affect bonus amounts already credited to Member accounts.
8.1 Game Fairness. All games offered on the 66ph Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently audited by accredited testing laboratories as required under PAGCOR certification standards. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the long-run theoretical average and do not guarantee any individual outcome.
8.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, communications error, or any other system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, 66ph reserves the right to declare the affected round void and refund the wager amount to the Member's account. Winnings resulting from confirmed technical errors are not considered valid and will not be honoured.
8.3 Disconnection During Play. If a Member experiences an internet disconnection during a live dealer game or RNG game round, 66ph's server records will be the sole authoritative record of the outcome. 66ph is not responsible for losses arising from a Member's internet connection instability.
8.4 Maximum Winnings. Certain games may be subject to maximum single-session or single-bet winnings caps as specified in the individual game rules. Where a win would exceed the stated cap, only the capped amount is payable. Members should review individual game rules before placing high-value wagers.
8.5 Sports Betting Decisions. All sports betting decisions made by 66ph — including settlement of markets, in-play data accuracy, and event cancellation policies — are final. 66ph relies on official sports governing body results for settlement purposes. Results from unofficial sources will not be accepted as the basis for a dispute.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 66ph Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities where criminal conduct is suspected:
10.1 Legal Age Compliance. 66ph is committed to preventing underage gambling. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and older. 66ph employs age verification at registration and may request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account confirmed to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately, and all deposits will be returned to the source payment method without exception.
10.2 Self-Assessment. Gambling is intended to be a form of adult entertainment. 66ph encourages all Members to periodically assess their gaming habits. All content on the 66ph Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, audio, video, and structural design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 66ph or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 66ph Platform without prior written consent from 66ph.
12.1 No Guarantee of Availability. 66ph does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from interruptions or errors. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party outages, or events beyond 66ph's reasonable control may affect Platform availability. 66ph will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.
12.2 Limitation on Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 66ph's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Exclusion of Consequential Losses. 66ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress, arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if 66ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.4 Gambling Losses. 66ph accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred through gambling on the Platform. By using 66ph services, you acknowledge and accept that all wagers carry an inherent risk of financial loss, and that such losses are your sole responsibility as an adult player making voluntary decisions.
13.1 Suspension by 66ph. 66ph reserves the right to suspend any Member account, without prior notice and without liability, where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, prohibited conduct, money laundering, or any other activity that may harm 66ph or its Members. During suspension, access to account funds may be restricted pending investigation.
13.2 Permanent Closure by 66ph. 66ph may permanently close a Member's account and void all associated balances and pending withdrawals where a Member is found to have: (a) provided false registration information; (b) engaged in fraud or collusion; (c) violated any provision of this Agreement; or (d) been identified as a prohibited registrant under Section 3 or Section 9.
13.3 Voluntary Closure by Member. Any Member may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 66ph customer support. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements attached to bonus funds will be reviewed, and any non-withdrawable bonus balances will be removed. Verified real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Member's registered payment method.
14.1 Governing Law. This Agreement and all matters arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the first instance, any dispute, complaint, or concern arising from the use of the 66ph Platform should be raised with the 66ph customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. 66ph will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
14.3 Escalation to PAGCOR. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through 66ph's internal complaints process to the Member's satisfaction, the Member may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the licensing and regulatory authority. PAGCOR's adjudication of any dispute referred to it shall be final and binding on both 66ph and the Member.
14.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to the escalation process described above, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any legal proceedings arising from this Agreement.
66ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, with a notice period of at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with applicable law or regulatory direction.
The current version of this Agreement, including its effective date, will always be accessible on this page. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the 66ph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
